Here is everything you need to know about how we get your order to you.

Delivery Timeframe

All orders are delivered within 8 to 11 business days from the date your payment clears. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Delivery Cost

  • Delivery from R89.99 on all orders
  • Free delivery on orders over R999

Where We Deliver

We deliver across all 9 provinces, door to door.

Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched you will receive a tracking number via email. Use it to track your delivery on the Aramex tracking portal.

A Few Things to Note

  • Orders are processed on business days only
  • Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods such as Black Friday and December holidays
  • Make sure your delivery address is correct at checkout — we cannot redirect shipments once dispatched
  • We do not ship outside of South Africa
