How do I place an order?
Browse the store, add items to your cart, and proceed to checkout. Enter your delivery address, choose your payment method, and confirm. You will receive a confirmation email straight away.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Mastercard, Instant EFT, PayFlex (buy now pay later), Apple Pay, Google Pay, and Capitec Pay — all processed through Yoco.
Is my payment information secure?
Yes. All payments go through Yoco with bank-level SSL encryption. We never store your card details.
Can I pay in instalments?
Yes — PayFlex lets you split your order into 4 equal fortnightly payments at no extra cost. Select it at checkout.
Will I receive an order confirmation?
Yes. A confirmation email goes out immediately after your order. Check spam if you don't see it within 10 minutes.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If your order hasn't been dispatched yet, email us at info@wildhaven.co.za as soon as possible. Once it's on its way we can't make changes.
Are there any hidden fees?
No hidden fees. Delivery from R89.99, free on orders over R999. What you see at checkout is what you pay.
Can I get a tax invoice?
Your confirmation email serves as a receipt. For a formal tax invoice, email info@wildhaven.co.za with your order number.
SectionDelivery & Shipping
How long does delivery take?
8 to 11 business days from when your payment clears. Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.
How much does delivery cost?
Delivery from R89.99 on all orders. Free on orders over R999 — applied automatically at checkout.
Do you deliver everywhere in South Africa?
Yes — all 9 provinces, door to door.
Can I track my order?
Yes. Once dispatched you will get a tracking number and link via email. Track it on the Aramex portal.
What if I'm not home when my order arrives?
The courier will attempt redelivery or leave a notification card. Use your tracking number to contact Aramex directly to arrange another time.
Do you deliver to PO boxes?
No — we need a physical street address for all deliveries.
Which courier do you use?
Aramex, with full tracking on every order.
Can I collect my order?
We are online only — no in-store collection. Everything ships direct to your door.
What if my order is delayed?
If your order is significantly delayed, email info@wildhaven.co.za with your order number and we will follow up with the courier.
SectionReturns & Refunds
What is your returns policy?
30-day returns from the date of delivery. Contact us and we will arrange a return, exchange, or refund.
How do I return a product?
Email info@wildhaven.co.za with your order number, the item you are returning, and your reason. Include photos if the item is damaged. We will respond within 24 hours.
Who covers return shipping?
If the return is due to a defect, damage, or our error — we cover it. If you changed your mind, return shipping is on you.
How long does a refund take?
Once we receive and inspect the return, refunds are processed within 5 to 7 business days back to your original payment method.
What if my product arrived damaged?
Take photos and email them to info@wildhaven.co.za within 48 hours of delivery. We will sort a replacement or refund immediately.
What if I received the wrong item?
Email info@wildhaven.co.za with your order number and a photo of what arrived. We will get the right item out to you and arrange collection of the wrong one.
Can I exchange for a different size or colour?
Yes — within 30 days of delivery, subject to stock availability.

Are your products safe for pets?
Yes. Every product is vetted before we list it. Silicone and plastic products are BPA-free. We only sell things we would use for our own pets.
Are your products BPA-free?
Yes. All silicone, plastic, and rubber products are BPA-free. Anything that contacts food or water is made from food-grade materials.
What if a product I want is out of stock?
Email info@wildhaven.co.za and we will let you know when it is back.
Do you sell pet food or supplements?
No — Wild Haven focuses on accessories and equipment only.
How do I choose the right size?
Each product listing includes size guides and dimensions. If unsure, email info@wildhaven.co.za and we will help.
What breeds and species do you cater for?
Dogs of all sizes and breeds, cats, and birds including parrots, canaries, budgies, finches, and other companion birds.

How do Wild Haven gift cards work?
Buy a gift card and the unique code gets emailed immediately. The recipient enters it at checkout to deduct the value from their order.
When do I receive my gift card?
Within minutes of purchase. Check spam if you don't see it. Email info@wildhaven.co.za if there is an issue.
Do gift cards expire?
No — Wild Haven gift cards never expire.
Can I use a gift card with other discounts?
Yes — gift cards can be combined with other valid promotions at checkout.
Are gift cards refundable?
No — gift cards are non-refundable once purchased.
What denominations are available?
R100, R250, R500, and R1 000. Need a custom amount? Email us.
